• emigrated. Edward arrived in the colonies as a convict. Arrived on 11 February, 1796 on board the ship "Marquis Cornwallis" from Cork, Ireland. He was tried and sentenced at Cork and given a life sentence for highway robbery. He was a native of Dublin.
