I have found that you have the incorrect George Turnbull , as George Turnbull who was born 1880 at Moorsley, Durham, England, to Robert Joseph Turnbull and Alice Watson, Alice daughter of James Watson & Elizabeth Bell, James & Elizabeth , Being my Gr,Gr,GrGrandparents,

George Turnbull married Elizabeth Swinney at Gateshead, Durham, England in 1904, they never had a daughter Minnie Turnbull born in 1903,
They only had one son Joseph Taylor Turnbull, born 1905 in Philadelphia, Durham, England,

Have enclosed both 1911 census for George Turnbull born 1880 Moorsley, Durham, England, (my ancestor)
Also a 1911 census for your Minnie Turnbull, who's father happens to be also called George, he was born about 1875 at Haswell, Durham and found that his parents were called Luke & Jane Turnbull , which likely be you ancestors, so no connection to myself or my Watson's or my Turnbulls, but bit information I have given you on Minnie and her parents should help you in your research.

This has now been corrected

Minnie married Abraham Lee, son of Thomas Henry Lee and Mary Ann Lonsdale, on 8 Feb 1936 in Rose St, Trimdon Grange, County Durham England. (Abraham Lee was born on 30 Jun 1903 in Wheatley Hill, County Durham England and died on 20 Feb 1964 in Wheatley Hill, County Durham England.)
