A few weeks ago we visited the village in Hertfordshire where Abel lived - It is called Ashwell. It is a beautiful little place, about an hour from where we live. He lived in a street called Back Street- which is still there. You can see the village on the website.do you have a search engine - we have google here.
When you follow the tree which I opened - Abel had a son Charles ( born 1850) he in turn had a son Charles - (born 1878) He had a daughter Florence-born 1903 - That lady is my husbands mother.
