• Military. Percy was single and a farmer. He enlisted at Pomona while on a working holiday on the farm of his brother James Thomas (Jim) COLLETT (Gloria's Grandfather) at Skyring's Creek, near Pomona.
Embarked on 3 Sep 1917. His Unit embarked from Sydney, after training at Enoggera, Brisbane, Queensland. On board HMAT A55 "Kyarra".
Trooper in the 2nd Light Horse Regiment, 29th Reinforcement
