a solicitor at 15 Priness St, Albert Square. married Martha Pauline, daughter of Rev E.K. Kestler, pastor of Belligen, Berne, Switzerland. Frederoic A. Binney is a voluminous writer of pamphlets. He served his time with his uncle Edward Willim Binney of Manchester, a solicitor and scientist. His sister resided with him, when in Manchester. He had a daugher in 1886.
