Probate no 109041, John Forster of Emmaville, d 18/7/1921 Acta. 1899 NSW Glen Innes (Emmaville) has John & Sidney Herbert Forster miners; 1893-4, 1894-5 only John. "Forster" one of the Reiver family names of the English-Scottish Borders. Believed to have come from NZ to Bendigo in 1871 before moving to Emmaville.
Involved with Manchester Unity lodge in Emmaville and obituary published in Glen Innes Examiner in 1921. Born 20 Stepney Terrace, Newcastle-on-Tyne 12 October1851
