Having all sorts of problems with the Scurrah line, in the divorce there is only one
child Vera Eileen from the marriage of Walter Thomas and Mary Scurrah nee Kelly.
In Mary's will it states that there is no children to the marriage only her husband
and there was no death of Vera in the NSW BD&M. When I looked up Mary Scurrah's
death 1936 in the BD&M it stated that her parents were Julian and Mary (Julian and
Ann were Mary Ellen Wilkie's parents). There was a marriage certificate in the divorce
papers that Mary Kelly's parents were John and Alice Kelly nee Kennedy, am I missing
something? Mary Kelly married Walter Scurrah 17^th June, 1897 at Cobar, Matilda aka
Mary Ellen Wilkie married Walter Thomas Scurrah 1900 at Sydney, maybe Walter was
a bigamist!

Walter married Mary Ellen (Matilda) Wittke, daughter of Augustus Wittke and Anna Ferry, in 1900 in Sydney, NSW Australia.⁷³² (Mary Ellen (Matilda) Wittke was born in 1876 ⁷³² and died in 1936 in Burwood, Sydney, NSW Australia ⁷³².)
