Piddock Nock

   Another name for Piddock was Piddocke Nock.

PIDDOCK NOCK was the final child of HENRY and ELIZABETH . He was recorded in the baptismal register in Curdworth as Piddocke Nock on 25^th April 1828; by 1841 census he appears as "Niddock" but that was presumably a clerical error. Piddock never married and lived and worked as a farmer like his father before him. After his mother died he carried on working at his father's farm and eventually, when his father died too, farmed it on his own . He himself lived to be 63.
