ELIZABETH was the third daughter to survive infancy having been born in 1768 she never married and died in 1841 still living in Rowley Regis. It has been through her will that a lot of information has been gathered. She made the will in 1840 but interestingly a year later shortly before she died she added a codicil giving money and most of her furniture to "my dear niece Mary Proctor". In the census of 1841 Mary Proctor, the widowed daughter of Tobias and Frances Nock, is living with Elizabeth , what happens to her after Elizabeth's death is unknown.

Elizabeth married Thomas Garratt, son of Shelah Garratt and Mary Bennet, on 10 Mar 1797 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire England.⁷⁸⁴ (Thomas Garratt was born circa 1769, christened on 1 Mar 1769 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire England,⁷⁸⁴ died on 20 Nov 1845 and was buried on 23 Nov 1845 in Netherton, Dudley, Staffordshire England ⁷⁸⁴.)
