Morris married Anne Bowen on Dec. 9, 1902. Anne was born in Newcastle, NSW in 1878. They had five children: Oswald Robert, b. Jun. 20, 1904 at Enmore, NSW, d. Jan 1970 in Mosman, NSW., He married Mary McDonald Watson in June, 1925 and they had the following issue: Oswald James Morris in Sydney on Feb.26, 1926. He was to marry Monica Patricia Callahan (b. Feb.20, 1930) in 1956 and moved to Tasmania where they had Peter Oswald Morris (b. Dec.13, 1962) and Christopher James (b. Nov.28, 1966). Laura. b. 1905, Stanley H. b. 1908., Russell W. b. 1910., Beryl, b.1914.

Oswald married Monica Patricia Callaghan in 1956. (Monica Patricia Callaghan was born on 20 Feb 1930 ¹⁰³⁶.)
