Teya Dusseldorp is Executive Director of Dusseldorp Forum, a philanthropic foundation focused on improving the educational and life opportunities of children and young people throughout Australia. Dusseldorp Forum was established in 1989 by Teya's grandfather, Dick Dusseldorp, the founder of Lend Lease.

Teya has worked formerly as a human rights lawyer with the Australian Human Rights Commission as an advisor to the Federal Race Discrimination Commissioner and with the National Inquiry into the Stolen Generations. Teya is a member of the Lend Lease Reconciliation Action Plan Advisory Board and an Honorary Associate of the Faculty of Education and Social Work at the University of Sydney.
