My mother was Patricia Ann Vickery grand-daughter of George Alfred Vickery and Annie Davis.
It appears we may be distantly related through the line of James Smith when his grand-daughter Elizabeth Doling married John Vickery.

My mother and her brother were orphaned when their parents both deceased by the time my mother was 13. My own mother Patricia deceased in 1983 when she was only 49 years old and her younger brother Paul pre-deceased her when he was only 37 years old.
