To my son William Sheppard all my stock and tools in my trade
To my daughter Sarah Sheppard £5 as a gratuity for being my housekeeper
My dwellinghouse with appurtenances in Towcester and lands in Greens Norton to my two sons Richard Sheppard and JAmes Sheppard in trust to sell and pay £200 charged ny my marriage settlement unto the Persons therein named and the residue unto my five childdren Richard, Sarah, JAmes, Mary and Charlotte equally.
Unto said sons Richard Sheppard and James Sheppard my book debts, goods, chattels, money and personal estate upon trust to see and divided equally between my five children Richard, Sarah, James, Mary and Charlotte.
