The only registration I have been able to find for a William Witton aged 43 who died in 1854 states as follows:-
11th November 1854 at Union Workhouse, Tower Street, Dudley, William Witton, Male aged 43, Labourer, died of Diseased Heart, No Medical Attendant, Informant Thomas B. Meredith in Attendance, Union Workhouse, Tower Street, Dudley, registered on the 27th November 1854, Thomas Allen Registrar.
