Lydia Hosnell was she ran a boarding house circa 1900 at Shuttleton, in Nymagee, NSW.
Her husband James died 16 October 1900, leaving her a widow at age 47. Lydia Hosnell lived in 1903 at 42 Glassop St, Balmain as a domestic.


Lydia married James Brown Nicholson, son of Donald Nicholson and Margaret Francis (Fanny) Brown, on 20 Aug 1871 in St Michaels & St Johns Catholic Cathedral, Bathurst, NSW Australia.
