Hannah Corry died on 23 November 1848 aged only 30, just three days after giving birth to Elizabeth Hannah Corry. James Corry, a cordwainer like his father and also the Parish Clerk, then married her sister, Ann Farthing, and lived to within four days of his 70^th birthday, dying on 4 January 1890 in Somerset.
