Thomas married Louisa Rickett, daughter of Edward Rickett and Mary Knight, in Dec 1844 in Berden, Essex England. (Louisa Rickett was born in 1825 in Clavering, Essex England and died on 11 Oct 1899 in Brompton, South Australia.)
