My mother , seemed to develop some mental issues and attempted suicide several times until sometime after 1979 she was successful as we have never heard from her since nor has her body been found. She is on a missing persons list with the police here in Canada. Apparently the police even checked with Interpol to see if my Mom had returned to England. But to no avail.
