He was a Tax Collector of Nuneaton and also reported to be a farmer, married Sarah of unknown family c1691. She died in 1700 after bearing at least 4 children. Marmaduke was a witness to a legal case held in Whitehall in Jan 1697. After the premature death of the couple, younger brother Richard DUFFKIN raised their children


Marmaduke married Sarah circa 1691. (Sarah was born circa 1670 and died in 1701.)
