Elizabeth Tuckwell (nee Sidebotham) went on to marry Simon Lear, a convict, who arrived in 1817 on board the 'Shipley 1'. Simon Lear owned land in Elizabeth Street, Sydney which upon his death was left in trust to the Jewish Philanthropic Institute.


Simon married Elizabeth Sidebotham. (Elizabeth Sidebotham was born circa 1780.)
