Arrived in Australia 10/04/1817 on the Morley. Became a school master. His full name, as above, is on his Death Certificate and is on his son James' death certificate (name of father). Convicted Fifth Session 1816, Old Bailey with John Primrose for breaking and entering with intent to steal. Age given was 19 yrs. Sentenced to Death.
