Aka Fanny Kate, Frances, Fanny Catherine or Kate - the youngest of Thomas and Catherine's daughters 26 August, 1912, and child No 14, married Cyril Leslie Wigg on 26 August, 1912 at St Augustine's, Wodonga. Witnesses were Ada Victoria Wigg and Charles Joseph Stores.
The 1919 electoral roll shows Cyril and Fanny Kate living at 58 Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale, and his occupation is described as 'trainer'. The couple must have separated not long after this as their two children, Ruby Patricia (Patsy) (born 1913) and Edna Mary (Peggy) (born 1916), were brought up from an early age by his sisters and brothers in Kew, Victoria
Kate lived for many years at Abbotsford Convent. She was discharged to attend hospital (21/02/1955 until 25/03/1955) and left the convent on the 5^th of May, 1958, but she was readmitted on the 16^th May, 1958. Fanny died on 1 January 1981 and is buried at Fawkner cemetery in Abbotsford. Cyril died, probably of cancer, on 19 June,1951, at Fairlfield, Victoria. He is also buried at Fawkner, but he is in the C of E section.
Patsy married mechanic Clement Arnold Webber, born Geelong, December 1912. They lived at 21 Lightfood St, Shepparton and had one daughter, Tricia, born about 1948.
