Sarah gave birth to a male child who was, baptised William, the father being William Mason. Another child, Samuel, was born in about 1806. Sarah and William Mason eventually married on 20th April 1807, at St. Matthews Windsor.

Sarah Woolley/Ryan/Mason was killed in a carriage accident at Pitt Town on 12th April 1809, and was buried on the property that she and her husband farmed.

Isaac married Sarah. (Sarah was born circa 1740.)
