Thomas Peters aged 28 was tried in 1818 in Galway Ireland and convicted to transportation for 7 years. He was born in Tipperary in about 1791 and arrived in NSW aboard the ship 'Minerva' 17 Dec 1819.

Thomas married Mary Reilly on 5 Jun 1820 in Parramatta, Sydney, NSW Australia. (Mary Reilly was born in 1799 in Mayo, Ireland UK and died in NSW Australia ¹⁰⁰⁷.)
