The last Will and Testament of William Triplett.

In the name of God Amen, I William Triplett of the parish of Poundstock in the county of Cornwall do make and ordain this to be my last Will and testament and in the manner and form following.

First and principally I resign my land with all humility to God who gave it hoping for a gracious acceptance at his hands through the merits and mediation of Jesus Christ my saviour and my body I desire may be decently buried at the direction of my executor herein after named and I thus dispose of my worldly goods.

I give to my son William Triplett five pounds to be paid the year after my death. I give to my son Richard Triplett five pounds to be paid one year after my death. I give to my son John Triplett five pounds to be paid one year after my death. I give to my son James Triplett fifteen pounds to be paid into the hands of William Hacker and William Medland for use after my death and I appoint William Hacker and William Medland to be trustees for my son James until he arrives at age of twenty one years and to placement the said sum of fifteen pounds at the best interest which can be got during his minority. All the rest aside remainder of my goods and chattels of what sort so ever I give unto my son in law James Symons whom I make my whole and sole executor of this my will and testament
