General Notes: Bessie the oldest of the sisters was a talented musician & gymnast. Liverpool and district champion. Bessie trained as a secretary and worked for the White Star Line. She had played the piano for silent films at the hall in West Kirby where all the girls were brought up. Phryne said she was the most talented of the sisters. Sam became the engineer of The Selonian . He then delivered ships all over the world. Bessie rode a motorcycle combination. They adopted one girl and one boy. Nicname Boss or Bosseye.
