• source. j jones who comments that Elizabeth Mason was born at Stuart Town near Wellington which was known as The Iron Bark diggings at the time of her birth 1853. she moved with her parents to the Boorowa district when she was 7 years of age, where her parents conducted the first Bakery Business.Elizabeth married John Perceval when she was 18 years of age 1871. Elizabeth's father died 1860 and he was the son of William Mason and Margaret Cregg. Elizabeth's Mother Matilda remarried 1860 to Charles Bond.

Elizabeth married John Perceval, son of William Ambrose Perceval and Margaret Semple, in 1871. (John Perceval was born in 1849 in Boorowa, NSW Australia and died in 1927.)
