William Lundy

William Lundy (it may, however, be mentioned), father of Eli Lundy, the husband of Mary Keefer, came to Canada from Jersey, Pennsylvania, and was the first settler at Lundy's Lane, rendered memorable afterwards by the advantage gained there in the War of1812-14 by the British and Canadians over the American forces.
