Left his personal estate to his wife Sarah to bring up his children. If she d i e d this estate to go to his overseers Thomas Marchant of Hurst and his brothe r- in -law William Wood of Keymer, yeoman for the maintenance of his children. ( Tho ma s actually died 2 years before Peter).
