William, now known as William Duggan Tarlinton - note no "g" in the spelling, at the age of 23 married Mary Saunders, daughter of Thomas & Mary Saunders November 17^th, 1829. Note a book by W.A. Bailey 1946 records Mary's name as Sanders.
