His Medical History reads: -Date of Original Disability - August , 1915. Place of Disability - Melbourne. Operated on for Appendicitis. Returned, to camp and discharged A.I.F. about a months later. Re-enlisted November 1917 about a month later noticed pains in region of Operation and occasional vomiting. Strong well healed scar on appendictal region, no adhesion objective evidence of disability, but complains of occasional tenderness, with frequent pain at night.
He was discharged on 8/4/1918.
