A Meeting of the creditors of George Groube, labourer, Carterton, was called for this afternoon, at the Supreme Court House. His liabilities, which include debts due to H. F. Logan, 26 pound 16 shillings, F. Munken 20 pound, G. August 22 pound, G. Bowles 18 pound, and smaller sums, amount to 183 pound 3 shillings and eleven pence, and the assets are stated to be nil.

His Honour Mr. Justice Richmond presided over the Bankruptcy Court at noon today, when the only business to be dealt with was an application by Mr Brandon junior, for an order for the discharge of George Groube, a debtor. The order was granted.
