Edward arrived at Port Jackson NSW after being tried at Middlesex ENG and had received a 7 year sentence. 'Certificate of Freedom' gained 19 January 1826. The following information was extracted from the Colonial Secretary Index 1788-1825: MITCHELL, Edward. Per "John Barry", 1819 1824 Mar 31 Servant to John Single; sentenced to Emu Plains.
