Possible birth at the female factory where her mother was a prisoner. Also a possible father for Charlotte could be Michael FOGARTY/FOGHERTY as marriage banns were gleaned off the fiche in 1830 between Margaret REILLY & Michael FOGARTY who was a life convict per 'Minerva' 1821. He was a London gaol delivery, sentenced 14 February 1821, a seaman from Kings Co. Ticket of leave 33/912 then sent to Norfolk Island 17 September 1841.
