I found a death notice for him in the Welland Tribune [Ontario] which was kindly sent to me from their library along with notices about my own Manners family. This is what it says -

DEATHS
C.B. MANNERS
St Catharines, Feb. 19 \endash The death occurred at the General hospital Monday evening of C.B. Manners, in his fifty-second year. He was born in Crew, England, but had resided in this country 20 years. He was a member of Maple Leaf lodge, No. 103, A.P. & A.M., a Companion of Mount Maria Chapter, No. 19. R.A.M., a Past Preceptor of Plantagent Preceptory, No. 8. Knights Templar, and a Noble of Rameses Temple, Mystic Shrine.
I don't know how he fits into your tree [I only found the page above] but I don't think he's one of mine! From the dates given I looked at FreeBMD and found Charles Bosworth Manners as the most likely candidate.
