Pioneer's Death - Mudgee - Thursday
Mr Frederick Towells died at his residence Windeyer, at the age of 70 years, after a long illness. He was a pioneer of the district, and with his brother John, who died about 18 months ago, was a Grazier. Mr Towells is survived by five sisters, who reside in Sydney.
Also in the SMH some little time later was the following;
In the Will of Frederick Towells Farmer and Grazier, deceased. Application will be made fourteen days from the publication hereof that Probate of the Will of the abovementioned deceased may be granted to REGINALD ERNEST WYNN the sole Executor named therein and all persons having any claim against the Estate of the said deceased are required to forward particulars thereof to (as for brother John)
