My husband is Dutch originally, born in 1935.
He came from the Hague as an assisted migrant in 1955, eventually finding himself in Queensland cutting cane! He went on to study and became an
accountant just before we were married in 1967. He has been back to Holland on a couple of occasions to see his family and some family have come
here for a visit.
