William Henry Gogerly
Noted events in his life were: • source. Lil Gogerly's notes where it is written that he was chared with larceny and sent to Sydney town as a convict arriving on 11th Mar 1819. William was sent to Port Stevens as a labourer for the Australian Agricultural Company. He was granted a ticket-of-leave in December 1834 for illawarra and arrived in Wollongong on 21st November 1936 where he married Eliza Kelly who was also a young convict. William married Eliza Kelly on 10 Dec 1836 in Dapto C of E, NSW Australia. (Eliza Kelly was born in 1814 in Downe, Kent England and died on 8 Dec 1869 in Towrang, NSW Australia.) |
