There was a Thomas Richmond SHUTTLEWORTH and a Thomas Richard SHUTTLEWORTH born around the same time. I actually ended up purchasing the marriage certificate for Mary BROWN which showed that she married Thomas Richard SHUTTLEWORTH
Thomas Richmond SHUTTLEWORTH married Martha SINCOCK in 1878.
I originally had Richmond but changed it to Richard at Rebeccas Johnson's suggestion.
