Cecil married Olive Lillian Sparkes, daughter of Alexander Joseph Sparkes and Agnes Elizabeth Fogarty, in 1914 in Wellington, NSW Australia. (Olive Lillian Sparkes was born in 1893 in Dubbo, NSW Australia and died on 6 Aug 1965.)
