Charlotte died at Forbes Hospital of heart failure, hypostatic pneumonia and congestion and is buried at the Church of England Cemetery, Forbes.

Charlotte married George Osborne on 21 Dec 1864 in Pudman Creek, near Boorowa, NSW Australia. (George Osborne was born about 1833 in Carlton, Cambridgeshire England and died on 24 Feb 1888 in Yass, NSW Australia.)
