RICHARD BORN 1819 IS THE ASSUMED SON OF ROBERT WHO WAS CHRISTENED 12OCTOBER 1794 SOUTHROP BUT HAS YET TO BE PROVEN.
FOUND RICHARD IN THE 1871 CENSUS LODGING AT LEDBURY HERFORDSHIRE.
HE IS STILL A MASON AND REG. AS LIVING AT SOUTHROP. AGE 52

His assumed father was Robert Parker (1794) but this information may not be correct according to MICHAEL BAYLISS [mabayliss@btinternet.com] who writes:
I was beavering away at family history recently when by chance I came across your website, drawn to it by a link to Richard PARKER born 1819 at Southrop. I am interested in him as I believe him to be the next-eldest sibling of my direct paternal line great-great grandmother Ann BAYLISS née PARKER, born at Southrop in 1814.
You say on your site that you "have assumed Richard was the son of Robert PARKER who was christened on 12 October 1794 at Southrop but has yet to be proven". I don't think you will prove it, because I and several other PARKER researchers I am in contact with believe him to be the son of William PARKER and Elizabeth UNKNOWN at Southrop (although we disagree about William's probable birthdate, 1780 or 1786).
I don't think it is a case of two different Richards sharing the same birth year - you and I clearly do have the same person, as the various children you list for him in your tree and their spouses are identical with what I have in my own tree.
But assuming that the link is correct with Robert Parker then my connections are as follows:
