fair hair and skin, blue eyes, about 5' 7" tall, small to medium build; served in RAAF 2 & 13 Squadrons in the Pacific during WW2; received US Presidential Citation as well as seven other medals; softie who cried at old movies, but excellent in an emergency. Wanted to study medicine or law before the war, but that was not to be. Is buried at Wesburn Cemetery in the Yarra Valley, Victoria.
