He married Mary and immigrated to Australia in 1841- arriving in September - they brought two
children with them, a son Edward and daughter (name I can't read).
Joseph is listed as 27 years, a carpenter and he can read and write.
Mary is 23 years old.
Their son George was born in 1844 at Black Creek, Maitland area. not sure about other children.
George married Emma Snow in 1870 - Coonabarabran area. Family concentrated after that in the Gunnedah, Narrabri and Tamworth areas.
