  General Notes:

Abigail Jackson notes:

My connection comes from Reuben Hart (b.1870) son of Sidney Hart (b.1838) My Grandmothers name was Dorothy Hart.

This is pure speculation and I do not know if it interests you but my inkling is that this line of family is creative and good with their hands. We have very ornately carved wooden boxes, games boards and trivets made by Reuben (my GGF) and also wood turning tools that he made. I know that at one point he was also a gunsmith (something else that is quite manual) Your site says Sidney was a shoemaker?

I myself studied for two years Blacksmithing and metalworking and my BA (hons) is in Ceramics.
