Their son Robert, born at Auldhouse on the 18th of February 1872, is a t Ladehead Farm, Lesmahagow, on the 1891 census, working for his maternal grandfather. They a lso had at least five other children. Michael died at High Cleughearn, East Kilbride, on th e 4th of April 1904; his occupation is given as Farmer
