Amy de la Serna notes:
He certainly was a great artist and it was really lovely to see paintings of places that I recognize so well.
I come to Harry Fish by way of his brother Walter Fish, who was married to Annie Bacon, my great grandfathers only sibling. I grew up in Doncaster, where Harry and his wife lived for many years but now find myself in Utah, which is a wonderful place for doing research as the largest genealogy library and records in the world are here just a few blocks from my house. I started my research about a year ago and have quite a lot of information, it seems a same not to document these amazing peoples lives and have them forgotten!

Noted events in his life were:

• Baptism: Grantham, Lincolnshire England.

• Occupation: Foreman Brass Works.

• Military. RAMC in WW1. Drove Ambulance with Mules. Never spoke about this period of his life.Talented amateur artist (Doncaster Art Gallery). Lover of animals. He died from Cardio Vascular Diseasae

• source. & Bill Jones who writes:
I was most interested to note you are descended from Stella Parfitt's marriage to Harry Fish. As a young boy I can recall meeting Stella and Harry Fish who visited my late Aunt Marjory at her home in the village of Histon near Cambridge sometime in the late 1940's early 1950's. Harry Fish was indeed an accomplished amateur artist and one of his water colour landscape paintings is still in the possession of my late aunt's family.
