Notes: Robin enlisted at Wallgrove, NSW, 24th June 1940. He was a Bank Officer at attestation, initially naming his father, residing at 4 Roslyn Avenue, Roseville, as his next of kin, but this was changed to Myee Jean; marriage date 20th July 1940. He was confirmed a Lieutenant 21 Sep 1941. His attestation papers show that he was trained in machine gunning and graduated from the skiing school, somewhat ironic, given where he died.
Robin was 6 ft 2 and weighed 188 lbs at attestation.
