dawnandphil (Ancestry) have John James as the son of William Charles James and Isabella Monro but MtKemblaVillageNSW (ancestry) have his parents as Henry James and Sarah Graham. I'm not sure at this stage who is correct but I think it is more likely to be dawnandphil.
