There are only Sarah and Elizabeth ARTHEROLL Marriages on the IGI - No other recorded instances of the Surname - suspicious.
I done a ' sounded search ' on freeBMD - which gave me ARTHROLD. ( re Woodbridge RD which includes Playford, Suffolk )
Putting Arthrold in the IGI I got ARTHEROLD..Including an Elizabeth C Abt 1796, Nacton.
I believe Artherold then Arthrold is the correct Surname derivatives and IGI to be mistranscribed.

* There are only two entries for the Surname Artheroll on the IGI, Sarah and
Elizabeth , both Married 1823 Playford, Suffolk. I done a 'sounex search' on free
BMD and got the Surname ARTHROLD, many in the Woodbridge RD, which
incorperates Playford, Suffolk. I then put Arthrold innto IGI and got the Surname
ARTHEROLD, Includong an Elizabeth C Abt 18796, Nacton, Suffolk. I am sure
that Artheroll is a mistranscription on the IGI and Artherold/ Arthrold to be the
correct spelling.
